Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask while accurately handling transactions and restocking merchandise. Onsite work with potential for part-time or full-time schedules is available.

Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality.
• Value time and work efficiently.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
