Job summary

Majors Management seeks a Customer Service Rep in Columbus, Indiana to deliver friendly, efficient service at the register and keep the store orderly. The role is onsite and part- or full-time, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will assist customers, restock merchandise, ensure accurate pricing and displays, handle cash, and maintain compliance with procedures. Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• English reading/speaking at basic level.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws and regulations regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detailed cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s rules of conduct and ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
