Trinity Solar is seeking a Structural Technician to help ensure homes are structurally ready for solar installations. This hands-on role involves repairs, upgrades, framing, and general construction work at residential sites, with safety and quality as top priorities.

You’ll assess sites, perform structural improvements like sistering rafters, repair roof leaks, and complete siding and drywall while documenting work and communicating professionally with customers on-site.

Competenze

• Hands-on carpentry and roofing experience.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work at heights and on roofs.
• Pre-employment drug screen and MVR check required.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
