Job summary

Evolution Research Group in Bellaire, TX is seeking a Pharmacist to prepare, compound, manufacture, and dispense investigational drugs for ongoing studies. This on-site role follows GCP, ICH, and company SOPs to ensure accuracy, safety and regulatory compliance.

The pharmacist will train staff, manage documentation, and collaborate with investigators and study teams to support high-quality research outcomes.

Qualifications

• PharmD or bachelor in pharmacy with 1 year pharmacist experience.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the hiring state.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly with providers, sponsors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compound, dispense investigational drugs per study protocol.
• Maintain records and inventory per regulatory requirements and ICH guidance.
• Develop staff training on investigational drug procedures and documentation.
• Support monthly statistical reports and quality audits as needed.
