Job summary

Global Law Firm in New York City's financial district seeks an experienced Reprographics Operator for a long-term on-site contract. You will handle output printing (hard copy and digital), manage requests, and coordinate with the Graphics department to meet deadlines.

The role requires proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, experience with large-format reproduction equipment, and strong customer service. You will maintain devices and support high-volume document production.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Experience with Xerox Copiers.
• Proficiency with a variety of reproduction equipment and workflow software.
• Ability to learn volume capture and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Process printing requests (hard copy and electronic) and prepare orders for shipping.
• Perform maintenance: changing ink cartridges, loading paper, clearing jams.
• Operate binding equipment and finishing tasks (cutting, binding, padding, etc.).
• Use Fiery equipment for high volume color finishes and image adjustments.
• Monitor inquiries and update tickets in tracking system.
• Ensure deadlines are met and coordinate pickup/delivery.
