Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Reporting Support Services professional to onsite in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on delivering asset, software, and hardware intelligence through advanced reporting tools, with emphasis on security and license management across on‑premise and MED365 Cloud environments.

You will leverage PowerShell, Power BI, WQL, and SQL to develop and update reports, create EM dashboards, and provide both standard and bespoke reports to meet enterprise and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or similar (Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or GSEC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Use reporting tools to provide asset, software, and hardware intelligence, metering, and license management reports for on‑premise and MED365 Cloud environments.
• Produce and update EM reports for enterprise and customer needs.
• Develop or modify reports using PowerShell, Power BI, WQL and SQL.
• Deliver reports on a routine and as-needed basis.
• Generate standard and dynamic reports in formats including web, MS Excel, and PDF per customer request.
• Manage and maintain EM Dashboards.
