Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks reimbursement for treatment via certification and authorization processes.
• Completes initial authorization for PHP and IOP; assists with concurrent reviews and admissions authorizations.
• Ensures Release of Information (ROI) are in place for insurance coordination.
• Facilitates communication between payors and clinical team regarding authorization information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
