Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join the healthcare team at Kane Dietitians in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs, design interventions, and support residents to achieve and maintain optimal status aligned with their goals.

You will educate the care team, adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• CDR-registered or eligible to sit the national exam.
• Completes 75 hours of CE every five years per CDR.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
• Participate in development, review, and improvement of continuous quality programs.
