Job summary

Clementine in West Linn, OR, seeks a Registered Dietitian to join the leadership and clinical teams, overseeing meals on campus and guiding nutrition services across programs. The RD collaborates with all disciplines to support recovery from eating disorders, emphasizing HAES-informed care and developmentally appropriate progression toward self-trust and internally-directed eating.

The role requires a RD credential, a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, at minimum, in Nutrition or related human services field.
• At least one year working (or internship) in healthcare; psychiatric setting preferred.
• Hold appropriate Registered Dietitian credential.
• Must have (or obtain) CPR/BLS before starting work.
• Strong computer skills.
• Passion for excellence in helping clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, and proper documentation.
• Insures all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments of clients, and monitor nutrition intake.
• Participate in the treatment team’s development of the Master Treatment Plan.
