Job summary

Cyber Defense Technologies is seeking a Red Team Operator to support a government customer onsite in Chantilly, VA. Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

You will perform full-scope red team testing across networks, web applications, wireless, social engineering, and cloud environments, leveraging MITRE ATT&CK to emulate adversaries. OSCP or similar certifications are highly recommended, and you will develop tools, deliver comprehensive reports to technical and executive audiences, and

Qualifications

• Penetration testing or red-teaming experience.
• Experience with offensive security tools (listed).
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Perl/Ruby.
• Knowledge of exfiltration and lateral movement techniques.
• OSINT and reconnaissance techniques knowledge.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform full scope of Red Team testing: network penetration, web app testing, threat analysis, wireless assessments, social-engineering, and EDR evasion techniques.
• Configure and safely utilize adversary emulation tools using MITRE ATT&CK across networks, cloud, and physical controls.
• Utilize OS, networking, firewalls, databases, and scripting to conduct adversarial engagements.
• Develop scripts, tools, or methodologies to enhance Red Team processes.
• Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Communicate findings and risk-based recommendations to client stakeholders.
