Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with SoftPro is a plus but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and closing work for real estate transactions.
• Maintain electronic notebooks for case management.
• Open and maintain files for transactions.
• Handle billing for client services.
• Assist the real estate team with various duties as needed.
