Job summary

Meissner in Camarillo, CA is seeking an R&D Technician to support development, testing, quality, and production of new products and technologies. You will work directly with the R&D Scientific and Engineering teams in the manufacturing of new products and bring these technologies up to production.

This role requires a strong mechanical mindset, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site at headquarters, you will assemble equipment, prepare formulations, and help move innovations toward

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Strong mechanical acumen and basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, measurement, ratios and percentages.
• Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to enter data into a spreadsheet.
• Strong English language written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment following procedures to test parameters and evaluate effects of process changes.
• Assemble/disassemble mechanical equipment containing chemical solutions and clean for next runs.
• Prepare chemical formulations using ingredients and solvents.
