Job summary

Revlon in Oxford, North Carolina is seeking a quality control technician for the onsite QC lab. You will sample, inspect, and disposition components and finished goods, report data, and enter dispositions in SAP.

The role requires light lifting, standing, and willingness to work varying shifts based on production needs, with training provided. The position supports a manufacturing facility and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance, plus paid

Qualifications

• College degree in a science, technical, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience acceptable.
• Strong math, organizational, and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Sample, inspect, and disposition components and finished goods per procedures and specs.
• Interface with other departments to obtain standards and specifications.
• Document and report data per procedures and specs; enter final disposition in SAP.
• Notify supervisors and operators about non‑conforming parameters; identify suspect production.
• Prepare and ship finished products and components to R&D and Marketing.
• Assist with resolving production line complaints when defects are found.
• Create and issue Quality Notifications; train new employees.
• Audit manufacturing lines for RPPS compliance; follow GMP and safety rules.
