Job summary

Cody Regional Health in Cody, WY is hiring a Quality Management/Compliance Director to lead Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Infection Control and Survey Readiness. This onsite role requires strategic oversight and hands-on coordination of the organization’s quality program.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will develop policies, guide compliance with federal/state regs, manage data, and align departments to maintain survey readiness and high reliability

Qualifications

• RN with BSN or bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPHQ certification within one year of hire is required or will be pursued after hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Infection Control and Survey Readiness.
• Coordinate regulatory surveys for the organization.
• Oversee Case Management and Utilization Review functions for the hospital.
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff adherence to the Compliance Program’s Code of Conduct.
