Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Quality Control Chemistry Specialist at our Norwood, MA site. The role focuses on Release, Stability, and In Process data review for clinical and commercial products, with potential for special projects.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in analytical chemistry or related field and 5 years of lab experience. It is a 100% onsite role with comprehensive benefits and adherence to GxP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry or chemistry.
• 5 years in a laboratory setting with focus in analytical chemistry.
• Familiarity with GxP regulations (GMP/GLP/GCP/GDP).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC analytical testing including HPLC, GC, UV, Particle Analysis and DLS.
• Support method acquisition, qualification, and re-qualification protocols.
• Troubleshoot methods and equipment as needed.
• Perform data entry, trending, and analysis of results.
• Maintain lab housekeeping and prepare reagents for assays.
• Assist with writing and revising equipment, method, and lab SOPs.
