Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in construction field operations, preferably in QA/QC or inspection.

• OSHA 10-hour certification required, OSHA 30 preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular onsite inspections to verify compliance.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and QA/QC reports.
• Ensure all materials meet quality and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and subcontractors on quality concerns.
• Oversee onsite testing as required by project specifications.
• Assist in the development of punch lists for project handover.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA standards.
