Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer for a 12+ month contract in the United States onsite. The role pays $50-$60/hour and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG/JUnit.
Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing.
Perform REST API testing with REST Assured and Postman; validate responses and data.
Write SQL queries to validate backend data and data integrity.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with developers and QA to improve coverage and reliability.

Responsibilities

Note: Candidates must be willing to work onsite from Day 1
Execute UI, functional, regression, integration, and API testing and identify defects.
Analyze test failures, troubleshoot automation issues, and work with developers to resolve defects.
Maintain test documentation, test results, and automation reports.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to define test scenarios and ensure application quality.
