Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support QA audits, client visits, and data integrity in Earth City, MO. The role involves assisting with SOP maintenance, reference data, and certification documentation, with part-time or full-time hours, typically 9am-5pm.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of lab experience, some chemistry coursework, and strong English communication and organizational skills to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some chemistry coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience is preferred and highly valued.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Familiarity with laboratory QA concepts and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA data audits to ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Assist in scheduling proficiency testing and QC samples with reporting.
• Issue controlled documents and maintain current SOPs.
• Support QA Manager in maintaining reference data and certifications.
• Prepare or post certification applications and participate in audits.
• Maintain training records and assist in MDL spreadsheets calculations.
