Agenus is seeking a hands-on Controller to support our growing public biotechnology organization in Lexington, MA. This onsite role reports to the VP of Global Financial Operations and partners across Finance, HR, Legal, and external advisors to ensure integrity of financial reporting.

Responsibilities cover accounting close, SEC reporting, internal controls, and collaboration on strategic transactions, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and scalable processes within a fast-paced biotech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
