Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in retail property management.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Ability to manage capital projects from planning through execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance operations and customer experience.
• On-site presence and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring properties meet company standards for condition, performance, and tenant experience.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence, regularly walking properties to identify opportunities and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, monitor performance, and address variances through cost control.
• Participate in capital planning and oversee execution of approved projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders to support performance and engagement.
• Support leasing efforts by providing insights on tenant performance and center dynamics.
• Evaluate service needs, oversee vendor contracts, and manage third-party providers for quality and cost control.
• Collaborate with accounting, marketing, leasing and other teams to support portfolio initiatives.
