Job summary

Sundance Property Management in Columbia, TN is seeking a Property Manager to lead the on-site team and oversee leasing, finances, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. You’ll drive occupancy, revenue growth, and property appearance while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily management, strong leasing, budgeting, and team leadership, with AppFolio experience and LIHTC knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leasing and sales skills with proven closing success.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy, collections, and property performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• LIHTC experience preferred; AppFolio experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations and ensure Sundance standards are met.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies; conduct tours and close leases.
• Oversee budgeting, occupancy, rent collection, and expense control.
• Ensure maintenance coordination and timely unit turns.
• Foster resident satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
