Job summary

PATH Enterprises is a statewide leader in developing affordable and supportive housing. The Property Manager I at the Del Rey Office oversees on-site operations, rent collection, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, well-managed housing.

The role includes supervising on-site staff, coordinating maintenance, preparing budgets, and ensuring accurate reporting. Some properties may require living on-site under an occupancy agreement.

Qualifications

• Two years of Property Manager experience at a multi-family housing property.
• Experience with affordable housing or permanent supportive housing is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Live on-site may be required at some properties as part of the compensation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupancy management including marketing vacancies, screening applicants, move-ins, and eligibility compliance.
• Supervise on-site staff (janitorial, maintenance, assistant manager) and coordinate workload.
• Coordinate vendor services, repairs, and invoices; ensure maintenance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement disaster/emergency response plans for the property.
• Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for the property.
• Maintain property records and use PM software to ensure accurate tenant files.
