About the Role:

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player, flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities including preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties. This position is live onsite and includes overnight call duties to oversee the property after hours.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Manage work orders, perform light electrical and plumbing tasks, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, drywall repair, painting, and more.
• Inventory: Maintain and manage maintenance supplies and tools.
• Housekeeping: Prepare rooms for housekeepers, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security.
• Guest Services: Assist with guest check-in/out during after-hours, provide excellent customer service.
• On Call Needs: Be available overnight for guest needs.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
