Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Roseville, MN is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch. You’ll plan, schedule, and budget programs, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and timelines while collaborating with global facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing or NPD, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communications skills; ability to present effectively.
• PM credentials preferred but not required; PMI or similar is a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PM experience in manufacturing and new product development preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify critical path and instill urgency in the team.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and business‑mensible approach to PM.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 experience preferred.
• Oracle or other ERP systems experience preferred.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project plans, schedules, and budgets using PM tools.
• Ensures projects meet specifications, performance, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversees project progress and confirms completion of department tasks.
• Reports progress and project status to leadership levels.
• Develops reports to track metrics and continuous improvements.
• Leads initiatives to improve CPC PM systems.
• Maintains ISO documentation and accessible information.
• Collaborates with global facilities on new product development and release.
• Estimates effort and resource requirements with staff guidance.
• Assists in resolving product/project performance issues.
• Complies with safety regulations.
• Supports CPC core values and customer focus.
• Performs other duties as needed.
