You will develop dashboards, support forecasting of labor and productivity, coordinate with project teams, and drive continuous improvement of controls practices. Onsite role with no remote option, offering competitive compensation and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field.
• 2+ years in construction project controls or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report project performance.
• Develop dashboards and executive summaries.
• Forecast labor, productivity, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, Estimators, Accounting, and Scheduling.
• Support implementation of project controls best practices.
• Perform periodic jobsite visits to validate progress.
• Assist with closeout reporting and lessons learned.
