Prime Response, Inc. is seeking a Program and Site Manager to lead operations for a federal customer at Edwards Air Force Base, California. You will oversee personnel, customer relations, quality, and day-to-day execution across a large logistics and support services environment.

You will build trust, solve problems, and communicate effectively with government clients while guiding teams to meet mission objectives in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or 15 years of equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in program, operations, logistics, or contract management.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, if required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site manager and customer-facing representative.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Establish priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure commitments are met.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and customer service.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, employees, and senior leadership.
• Identify issues early, coordinate solutions, and drive actions through closure.
• Oversee staffing, performance, training, scheduling, quality, and operational readiness.
• Monitor metrics, reporting, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, professionally, and in accordance with contract requirements.
