Job summary

Prime Response, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Manager/Contract Manager to provide contract management and logistics support at Edwards Air Force Base. The role oversees on-site operations and serves as the primary interface between Prime Response, Inc.

and the customer, ensuring compliance with Air Force regulations and award requirements. You will lead daily LMCA operations, coordinate with AFRL, manage equipment and records, and drive process improvements while maintaining a high

• Strong organizational and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time on-site management of daily operations of the LMCA and LMCA Chief functions to create a smooth LMCA operation at RQ-West.
• Serve as the point of contact for the Commander on materiel, equipment management and shipping/receiving matters.
• Provide orientation to new Commander or Director.
• Be the AFRL Site focal point for equipment and Materiel Management and liaison with LRS and external logistics support activities.
• Responsible for equipment within AFRL/RQ-West as per AFRI 61-101 and applicable regulations.
• Manage equipment records in DPAS and update as required.
• Develop and maintain SOP for all LMCA activities with annual reviews.
• Maintain master listing for all equipment and accounts and ensure monthly updates.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and provide clean certification when needed.
• Act as LCO in DoD property processes.
• Perform ongoing evaluation of business processes and implement improvements.
• Implement Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Recruit and train personnel; liaise with government personnel to represent PRI.
