Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program/Project Management Lead to drive the delivery of complex programs for clients in the New Jersey area. The role requires onsite presence with the client four days a week in Jersey City or Pennington, plus a five-day mandate away per quarter.

You will define scope, monitor deliverables, manage stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. A strong PM background and familiarity with Agile and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of work experience demonstrating expert proficiency in Project Management.
• Associates Degree or greater required; Advanced PM skills preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and risk management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and regular status reporting.
• Manage project milestones and dependencies to maintain progress and alignment with goals.
• Support the oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments related to projects.
• Engage with multiple teams, lead the team to perform effectively, and contribute to key decisions.
