Nabholz Construction in Rogers, AR seeks an Assistant Superintendent to lead onsite production and manage crews, subcontractors, quality control, and schedule compliance. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety, and maintain production sequences to meet project targets.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong scheduling and cost-control skills, and the ability to drive a safe, high-performing team in a dynamic environment. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Four-year degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
• Experience in construction methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise large groups.
• Experience in Mission Critical environments or similar construction projects.
• Strong communicator with teamwork mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver a safe and committed team culture and meet project targets.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise Crew Leaders and craft activities, including methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinate work of different crafts, departments, or contractors.
• Maintain liaison with owner, engineers, and project manager to ensure drawings, specs and schedule compliance.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and improve productivity and sequencing.
• Adhere to on-site safety programs and Nabholz safety requirements.
• Deliver site safety, quality, and timely project targets.
