Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a Production Intern to join our team in Los Angeles. This onsite internship is paid and reports to the Director of Production.

The role supports the Production Team in day-to-day duties and requires in-office presence, with a minimum schedule of four days per week. The ideal candidate has strong MS Office skills, excellent planning and organizational abilities, effective communication, and a passion for an inclusive, values-driven brand.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supports Production Team in day-to-day functions.
• Pulling and filing of approved swatches, lab dips, trim submits.
• Logging and entering submit & tracking details into WIPs.
• Organizing Submits & Seasonal Binders.
• Building Presentation Board.
• Check sample tags to ensure all information is filled in.
• Sending out packages & providing Tracking Information to Production Team.
• Shadowing Assistants, Coordinators and Production Managers for specific duties.
