Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Production Equipment Maintenance Technician for an on-site role to sustain peak manufacturing performance. You will be hands-on with a range of production equipment, performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and experience with 3D printers, laser cutters, electronics, soldering, and wiring, and can work in a fast-paced environment with occasional late hours.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printers, laser cutting machinery, electronics, soldering, wiring, or related software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure.
• Ability to build and follow proactive maintenance systems and schedules.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional late hours or urgent support.

Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to equipment malfunctions, perform troubleshooting, and repairs to restore production.
• Diagnose and resolve recurring issues by identifying root causes to prevent downtime.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, including regular calibration of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and equipment status to support compliance and operational metrics.
