Job summary

CTS International is seeking Expert Liaison Engineers for on-site roles in Renton, WA, with duties on the factory floor to translate design into production. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (ABET or ABET-equivalent).
• 9+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
• Prior MRB Authority required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes root causes for production non-conformances and dispositions.
• Applies Boeing design principles to resolve issues through the product lifecycle.
• Provides engineering support to research technical, operational and quality issues.
• Represents engineering on the factory floor, ensuring design intent and safety.
• Develops product/process improvements and supports IPTs and design reviews.
• Ensures supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards.
