Job summary

CTG is seeking a Procurement Buyer II for a W2 contract assignment in Wilmington, NC. The role requires 3+ years in supply chain/procurement, with hands-on experience in SAP or PeopleSoft and strong Excel/data analysis skills.

Onsite work in Wilmington, NC, with standard M-F 8am-5pm hours, and an educational background of Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a related field preferred. You will manage purchasing, inventory replenishment, POs, and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain, procurement, purchasing, inventory, or planning experience.
• Experience with SAP and/or PeopleSoft.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Buyer II responsible for inventory purchasing, procurement, replenishment, supplier management, purchase orders, and production support.
• Manage inventory levels, ROP/Max, replenishment, special buys, POs, order confirmations, and expedites.
• Resolve supplier, invoice, PO, inventory, and accounting issues.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a production environment.
