Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing/quality/continuous improvement environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and communicate data.
• Experience observing manufacturing processes on the production floor.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present recommendations.
• Experience with Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate scrap and quality issues to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Observe production processes to understand workflow, identify inefficiencies, and uncover process gaps.
• Collect, organize, and analyze production and quality data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Monitor key process steps and evaluate performance against operational expectations.
• Document findings, summarize observations, and provide clear recommendations to engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and participate in reviews to determine corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving efficiency, and enhancing process consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process improvements.
