Job summary

ProQuality Network seeks a Process Development Scientist to conceive and execute experiments that advance departmental goals. You will contribute to sample development, data analysis, and innovative methods for cosmetic, particulate, and solution defects in syringes and vials used in laboratory studies.

The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory experience, exceptional manual dexterity, and hands-on approach to evaluating defects in vial/syringe systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong understanding of scientific principles and experimental design.
• Creative and analytical approach to designing experiments and solving challenges.
• Experience with cGMP in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Proven analytical problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate the activities of others.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, execute, evaluate, and interpret scientific experiments and strategies.
• Contribute to development and improvement of processes for robust data.
• Ensure studies follow protocols, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Design, monitor, and conduct experimental activities under supervision.
• Analyze data and assess impact on project objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of scientific disciplines, technologies, and industry trends.
• Monitor literature and communicate relevant findings.
• Introduce advanced methods and develop innovative protocols.
