Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD/MD with relevant postdoctoral experience where applicable.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant scientific experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant scientific experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, monitor, and conduct experiments to advance projects and processes.
• Provide advanced data analysis and interpretation of experimental results.
• Develop new experimental designs, protocols, and approaches.
• Apply scientific theory to solve technical and process challenges.
• Collaborate across departments and external partners when appropriate.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and resources.
• Prepare complex technical documents and reports.
• Support safety programs, recruiting activities, and committees.
