Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master with 2+ years scientific experience, or Bachelor's with 4+ years experience.
• Fields include Materials Sciences, Engineering, Physics or related sciences.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceives and designs, executes or evaluates, and interprets experimental strategies.
• Provides input to new processes to generate robust data.
• Ensures studies follow protocols and regulations.
• Designs, monitors or conducts experiments with guidance from supervisor.
• Analyzes data and interprets impact on projects.
• Keeps current in field and communicates relevant observations.
• May introduce advanced scientific methods and novel protocols.
• May represent the department on project teams under supervision.
• Initiates collaborations within and outside the department or company.
• Advises others in experimental design and data interpretation.
