Job summary

FITS LLC is seeking a Scientist for the Process Development: Inspection Projects area in Juncos, Puerto Rico. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry, plus bilingual English/Spanish and strong project management skills.

You will design and execute experimental strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to data generation and interpretation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with four years of experience as a Scientist in pharma or regulated industry.
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Project management skills.
Experience in automated and manual visual inspection of finished drug products.
GMP packaging line clearance, verification and in-process controls.
Process development lab testing and data collection.

Responsibilities

Conceives, designs, executes, evaluates, and interprets experimental strategies.
Provides input to new processes to generate robust data.
Ensures studies comply with protocol and guidelines.
Designs or monitors experiments with supervisor guidance.
Provides data analysis and interprets impact on the project.
Keeps current in scientific field and communicates observations.
Develops and implements new protocols to address issues.
Authors scientific reports and regulatory documents.
Participates in external scientific community.
