Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions in Pittsburgh PA is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an on-site outpatient clinic.

The role offers $37.17/hour, includes every other weekend, 32–40 hours/week, and a contract-to-hire path after a training period. You will administer medications, perform assessments, document in EMR, and support vaccines and phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• BLS certification with expiration at least 30 days beyond start date.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER preferred; EMR/EHR proficiency (Epic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, document responses to treatment.
• Support point-of-care testing, vaccine administration, and phlebotomy.
• Document medical history, medications, allergies, and related data in the EMR.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the clinical team.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
• Connect patients to resources and support education/self-care.
