Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• Fast paced and detail oriented work style is required.
• Able to work overtime hours (over 40 hours per week and Saturdays) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
• Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Positions or aligns components manually or with hoists.
• Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.
• Prepares work by studying parts lists and gathering subassemblies.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
• Maintains inventory by checking stock and supply levels.
• Adheres to company policies to produce quality products.
• Report unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Obey all safety rules and keep area clean.
• Maintain records as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
