Job summary

Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow in Assessment & Evaluation to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment recommendations under supervision. This onsite, full-time role is based in Alpharetta, GA with flexible weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from APA-accredited program.
• Experience with evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions preferred.
• Strong documentation, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including diagnostic interviews and psychological testing.
• Assist in development of treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Maintain confidential client records including assessment notes and treatment plans.
• Complete documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision with licensed psychologists to enhance skills.
