Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee daily operations of a challenging contract in a remote, tropical environment.

The PM will serve as the central point of contact with the Government, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with PWS requirements, with availability to meet on site within 1 hour. The role requires leadership of a multinational workforce, strong planning, cost control, and the ability to adapt to austere conditions while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Previous supervisory experience in austere OCONUS environments with multinational staff.
• Valid U.S. or local driver's license and U.S. passport.
• Active Secret U.S. Government Clearance; U.S. citizenship required for Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain country visa as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee port operations, facilities support, utility management, electrical, transportation, and related areas per PWS/SOW.
• Sponsor scheduling of personnel, supervision, quality control, equipment maintenance and repair to meet requirements.
• Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and operating costs.
• Develop and enforce procedures/programs to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
• Act as the designated point of contact for oversight and subcontractor management.
