ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic - Plumbing for a New Albany, OH facility. The role supports Building Operations and Engineering teams, focusing on plumbing systems, pumps, valves, piping, and related equipment.

Onsite work with strong troubleshooting and documentation using CMMS is required. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial/industrial maintenance with a solid plumbing background, plus HVAC and basic electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial or industrial building maintenance experience with a strong plumbing background.
• Experience troubleshooting plumbing systems, pumps, valves, piping, and water systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary sewer, pumps, valves, and piping.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing components and related mechanical equipment.
• Support building systems including HVAC, compressors, utility piping, and other facility infrastructure.
• Respond to service requests, alarms, and emergency maintenance situations.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance documentation using a CMMS.
