Responsibilities

• Reviewing patient information, evaluating impact, and communicating the treatment process to patients and stakeholders.
• Revising plans as needed for various injuries and conditions, including musculoskeletal diseases.
• Educating patients/family on exercises to continue after discharge and ensuring proper documentation.
