• Independently guide patients and families through assessment, goal-setting and hands-on treatment.
• Educate patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document progress.
• Maintain safety, ethics and high standards of practice throughout inpatient rehab.
• Support growth and clinical development within a Long-Term Acute Care setting.
