Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Texas license as a Physical Therapist required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide patients and families through assessment, goal setting and hands-on treatment.
• Develop personalized goals and plans using specialized therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide safe, ethical and high-quality care in an inpatient LTAC setting.
