Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• National Physical Therapy Board Examination completed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers therapy evaluations and develops treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Analyses data to assess current functional ability and progress.
• Provides individualized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Educates patients and families on therapy programs and goals.
• Documents care and participates in discharge planning and billing.
• Supports department quality improvement and program development.
• Oversees student and therapist assistant activities as assigned.
• Ensures adherence to safety, attendance, and professional standards.
