Marks, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a proactive Producer for our Chicago studio. This fully onsite role will manage all photography production tasks, coordinating with accounts, design, and retouching teams to deliver high-quality work.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and the team roster, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. The position offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule shoots and manage budgets, POs, and team bookings.
• Plot shot count against timelines and keep on schedule.
• Pre-plan and brief pre-pros; ensure templates sent to photographer.
• Coordinate data gathering and client approvals during shoots.
• Create contact sheets and distribute assets.
• Ensure products reach set and anticipate problems.
• Maintain photography timelines and status reports.
• Liaise with account teams and photographers for resources.
• Escalate issues affecting the client relationship.
• Attend image turnover meetings with retouching/design teams.
