Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Returns to support on-site fulfillment. You will help manage census, ensure accurate reporting of returned items, and work with facilities to verify items and quantities returned.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience; PTCB certification is preferred. Strong computer skills and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience; advanced degree may substitute.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing returned items for accuracy in both Framework and physical product.
• Follow up on return documents, verify patient admission and prescription status.
• Communicate with facilities to verify items and quantities returned.
• Manage census and support cycle teams with orders and facility communication.
• Assist on-site sales teams as needed and support fulfillment operations.
