Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our Accredo Newark, DE site. You will support dispensing, labeling, and packaging of prescriptions under supervision, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will start with comprehensive training, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and patient service. Onsite schedule Sunday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm ET, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• 1+ years of pharmacy tech experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and general PC knowledge (Office, internet, email).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Select and retrieve medications; prepare labels for dispensing.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and production clerks to ensure accurate filling.
• Support pharmacy operations and administrative tasks; learn and follow procedures under supervision.
• Gain knowledge of systems and processes through training and teamwork.
